Meet the ladies who keep the Beta Upsilon chapter running.

Chapter President  -  Ashlyn Gillispie


Ashlyn was born and raised in Manhattan, KS, and is proud to be a wildcat! She is majoring in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Social Studies. She is head of the executive departments and ensures that our chapter is running smoothly as well as exceeding expectations. In her "free time" she is an officer in KNEA-AE and Rotaract, is an ambassador for the College of Education, and serves on the Elections Committee for SGA. She also loves to craft, read, and listen to podcasts. "I love Gamma Phi Beta because of the many opportunities it's given me to meet the best sisters I could ask for. Every day, Gamma Phi inspires me to promote love, labor, loyalty, and (my favorite) learning!"

Administrative Vice President  -  Megan Splichal


Megan Splichal is a Sophomore at Kansas State University. She is studying Organizational Management, Leadership, Professional Strategic Selling, and Pre-Law. Her hometown is Olathe, KS and I went to Spring Hill High School. As Administrative Vice President, she has to be knowledgable about the Order of the Crescent, as well as the standing rules and bylaws. In addition, she compiles monthly officer reports and run an administrative department under her position. One of her biggest tasks is coordinating elections for both appointed and elected positions. Most importantly, she assist the President in any way she can. "I have three brothers, two dogs, and an adorable nephew. In my free time, I enjoy shopping, traveling, and cuddling my pups. Gamma Phi Beta is such a wonderful family to be a part of and I am so excited to represent my sisters as Administrative Vice President!”

Education Vice President  -  Jordan Hause


Jordan is from Olathe, KS, and is a sophomore studying Kinesiology on the Pre-Physicians Assistant route. As Education Vice President her duties are to plan sisterhood events, chapter enrichment programs, senior celebration week, work with the new member education program, scholarship program, and promote our rituals.  She loves to go to KSU sporting events, travel, and attend country concerts with her friends.  “Gamma Phi has been one of the most rewarding things that I’ve been lucky to be apart of during my college years.  The friendships are so genuine and long-lasting and the life lessons I learn daily will stay with me for the years to come.  I can’t wait to work with this executive team and take this chapter to the next level with all that we accomplish.”

Financial Vice President  -  Noami Pieper


Naomi is from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and the current Financial Vice President. She is a sophomore majoring in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Leadership. As Financial Vice President, her responsibilities include paying all of Gamma Phi’s bills as well as billing members for their purchases throughout the year. She also manages our semester and yearly budget and determines how money is allocated to each department within the chapter. “Joining Gamma Phi has given me the best friendships anyone could ask for. The women of Gamma Phi continuously push me to be the best person I can be. Gamma Phi has given me so many opportunities and memories that I will cherish forever.” She enjoys spending time with friends and family, spontaneous adventures, traveling, and game days.

Public Relations Vice President  -  Regan Kerr


Regan Kerr is from Overland Park, KS, and is majoring in Animal Science and Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and dogs. She also enjoys traveling, going to concerts, painting, and cheering on the Cats. As the Public Relations Vice President, she strives to represent Gamma Phi in the best way possible to the community, as our sisterhood strives for the highest type of womanhood. This is done through coordinating social events and activities, philanthropy events supporting Girls on the Run, as well as overseeing each social media platform run by Gamma Phi members. "Being a part of Gamma Phi has been one of the most cherished experiences that I've had. It has brought me close to some of the greatest people who always remind me of the love, support, and encouragement that I'm constantly surrounded by."

Membership Vice President  -  Ally Dinkel


Ally is our Membership Vice President from Victoria, Kansas. She is currently a sophomore at Kansas State studying Psychology with a minor in Human Development. MVP’s main role is to execute Fall Primary Panhellenic Recruitment, Continuous Open Bidding, and to lead the chapter in recruiting the most amazing women! In her free time, Ally enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music,  going to the gym, and saying yes to any last-minute plans. “Gamma Phi has given me my best friends, unforgettable memories, and a place to call home at Kansas State. I am so grateful to be a part of such a supportive, compassionate, and genuine group of women!”

Panhellenic Vice President  -  Alyssa Keller


Alyssa Keller, a Great Bend, KS native, currently serves as our Panhellenic Affairs Vice President. Alyssa is a Sophomore majoring in Organizational Management and pursuing a certificate in Sales. As our Panhellenic Affairs Vice President, she acts as our chapter’s delegate in the greater Panhellenic community. Through this role, she is able to meet and communicate with other Greek Organizations about ways to better our chapter, Greek Community, and University as a whole. In her free time, Alyssa enjoys hanging out with her sisters, cheering on the Cats, going to the lake with her family, and playing the piano."My favorite thing about Gamma Phi is the community of strong women around me that support me and allow me to support them.”
